In most of our companies you will be either a sole practitioner or part of a small HR team, which means that no two days will ever be the same. You'll likely be engaged on a range of activities including short and long term strategy creation, program build, engagement initiatives, hiring, employee relations and partnering with company leadership.
You'll likely be a good fit for an HR/People Ops position if you have either led or helped to build the People Ops function in high growth company or companies. You should have experience in supporting and guiding an executive team in HR-related decisions and will need to understand how to align People and business strategies and programs to ensure the company scales effectively.
If you're a Recruiter, you'll need experience in high volume and/or tech recruitment, employment branding and providing quality candidate experiences. You'll have worked in partnership with your hiring managers to get the best talent through the door rather than just filling a seat.
