You’ll work with Developers, Designers and Marketers to bring projects from ideation to market, ensuring the team is always focused on priority tasks to launch on time and on budget. You will spend time with customers, working to understand their needs in order to create a compelling product and will test and iterate based on their feedback throughout the development process.
As a leader on your team, you will need to be focused on the details - project and sprint planning, documentation, performance etc. You'll have to deeply understand how the overall business functions and how your product will impact business results. You'll define, measure and track success measurements and report out to senior leadership on a regular basis.
You have likely either been a Product Manager or a Founder in the past. Your experience will include successfully bringing new features, web and/or mobile apps to market. You know how to inspire people to do their best work and create a compelling vision for your team to work towards. You should also be self-driven, humble and open to feedback and learning.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Technically savvy (you don't need to know how to code but you need to be able to understand the tech stack)
- Data driven with previous experience creating, measuring and reporting on KPIs
- Strong, concise verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to senior leadership/executive teams
- Customer focused
- Familiarity with lean methodologies is a definite plus
